SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders over $65 are eligible to receive free shipping within Australia. Orders will be sent with either Australia Post or Aramex Couriers. Orders under $65 will be a charged a shipping fee of $9.95. Express shipping will be charged at $15.

Purefolk business hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

International Orders

Delivery is only available within Australia at this time. Only customers with an Australian billing address can purchase from this website. We're working on it though, so stay tuned.

Delivery

Please find approximate delivery times below from the day the order is placed to when it should be received:
Australian capital cities: 1-7 business days
Other areas: 7-14 business days.

Note there may be delays due to covid.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Should an order arrive damaged, or an error has been made, please contact us by email at info@purefolk.com.au with a picture of the item and your order details, and we will do our best to promptly assist you.

We are happy to provide a store credit, refund or an exchange on any items that are unused, unopened and returned in the same condition as they were bought within 30 days of purchase. 

​

  • All returns must be received within 30 days or unfortunately we can't process.

  • All items must be unused with product packaging intact, undamaged and with no tears or blemishes. 

  • We strongly advise returning your order with tracking as we can't be responsible for items that go missing before they reach us.

  • Credits and returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt.

  • We do not refund or exchange delivery costs on any orders or returns.

  • Exchange orders will incur new shipping fees.

Refunds are made at the discretion of Purefolk and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Kindly note that we do not process returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases or sale items.

Proof of purchase

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, order number or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
