To use, place the strainer in a cup, add loose tea, cover with hot water, place the lid on the strainer and steep according to instructions. When ready remove the lid, flip it over and use it as a saucer to hold the tea strainer and stop it from leaking all over your bench.  Discard the tea into your bin or compost, wash / rinse and repeat.
